1. How are you able to help save American families by getting them into homes in ways others cannot?

We are able to Help Save the American Family because we’re not motivated by profit, but good, quality housing at a fair price. We are a team of builders, with 100 years combined experience. We have knowledge in the pricing of the best material, and the most economical way to build, which saves money and benefits the customer and us the builders. USACB is Christian-based. We believe our plan to be Christian-centered, Bible-based and strategically superior to any other plan on the market.

2. What is your principal motivation for helping to save American families via the USACB program?

Our principal motivation in helping save the American family, is because we believe in the American family. We believe that the bread winners of far too many families are having to work harder, longer hours for less and less pay. We’re motivated by the fact that, if done properly, without pure profit or greed at the center, a good, quality product can be produced, sold at a fair price and everyone walk away as winners. This is what we believe so this is what we do.

6. Why don’t you charge interest, have down payments or require private mortgage insurance?

We don’t charge interest, have down payments or require private mortgage insurance because…we don’t have to. Actually, no one does; however, because so many of us have been programmed to believe that it takes 30-40 years to pay off a $100,000 home, we’ve simply gone along with the process. Well, USACB is here to say that the process is not only broken, but never made much sense in the first place. USACB doesn’t charge interest, have down payments or require private mortgage insurance because our primary goal is to Help Save the American Family by ensuring that families can get into, keep, and, if the owner(s) so desire, pass that home down to the next generation, thereby taking the 1st initial steps to wealth creation.
