Upon successful completion and approval of the New Home Ownership Application, new home owners are paired with a USACB Designer Sales Specialist (DSS) who will guide them through the task of designing their new home. Here is where the dream begins to take shape and come to life. Our DSSs are partners in the design process for new home owners and are with them every step of the way until the design process is complete.
The Designer Sales Team handles the design of your home which includes:
I. Floor Plans
II. Modification of Floor Plans
III. Material selection for each room: Flooring, Cabinetry, Counter Tops, Wall Colors, Lighting, etc.
IV. Selection of property
V. Finalization of your Fix Payment Contract
